One 8-second video in Standard 480p costs $4.99: the smallest pack makes exactly one, and bigger packs cost less per video. A full video is 8 seconds long, vertical 9:16, made from two photos (or one photo of both of you) with ByteDance Seedance 2.5. It costs 50 credits with Standard 480p or 100 credits with HD 720p (credit packs start at $4.99 for 50 credits). The exact credit cost is shown before you generate.

Packs are sold in credits, not videos: $4.99 buys 50 credits (about 1 video in Standard 480p), $9.98 buys 105 credits (about 2 videos in Standard 480p or 1 video in HD 720p), $19.96 buys 220 credits (about 4 videos in Standard 480p or 2 videos in HD 720p). Leftover credits stay in your balance.

No. There is no free tier and new accounts do not get signup credits. The smallest pack is $4.99 for 50 credits.

No. Credit packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.

No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

With no time limit, whichever pack you bought. Finished videos stay in My videos, private to your account, until you delete your account; there is no extra charge for storage. Download a copy of anything you want to keep, and email support if you want a single video removed.

Credits are held when you start a video and only charged when it is ready. If the render fails, the held credits go back to your balance automatically.

Checkout is run by our reseller and merchant of record, Link (by Stripe). You can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method offered at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. We never see your card details.

Yes. You pay on the checkout page of our merchant of record, not on our site, and your card number goes straight to them over an encrypted connection. We never see or store it. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay you do not type your card number at all.

Payments through Link (by Stripe), our checkout, show up as “LINK.COM* HOPHOPHOP.APP”. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us first and we will look it up.

No. Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. The only refund is automatic: if a video fails, its credits return to your balance. If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, email support for a review.
